Warranties on equipment and software are limited to manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranties. Except for the express warranties described above, Accelerated makes no warranty, express or implied, concerning its services. Accelerated expressly disclaims any and all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
